Our cover designer is a metaphysician, visionary artist and author of Aspects of Self -The Game of Life. Twice paralyzed, a foreign exchange student in USA, wife of thirty-six years, mother, grandmother and restaurateur, being a farmer's wife in a war zone, fashion-designer, book illustrator and animated film-maker, have gifted Susan with the ability to envision a vast array of energies. Exploring the hidden potentials of the Dreamer within each one of us, she paints your individual 'Soul Portrait' for inspiration, using symbols taken from the world of Nature to express the rich tapestry of your life.

Coming to NEW LIGHT through a synchronous meeting in cyberspace , this lady brought her creative  energy to The Power of Positive People and injected it with her joie de vivre. Susan loves Life and this is evident in her artistic expression. A fourth generation African by birth, she has traveled and lived in many places, but finds that the rhythms and vibrant colors of Africa are in her blood, her heart and her eyes and are not to be denied. A lifetime in public service brought her suddenly to a new awakening in mid-life, when she 'retired' from business and immersed herself in her artistic talents and began to paint professionally.

Susan is  a multi-talented, creative and energetic force who always goes the extra mile to find that something unexpected and treasured that make her work unique and extraordinary. Being an artist  by profession, but also by heart and passion, she dreams of  beauty, joy and creating an understanding of the human 'Game of Life' through the various artistic media she employs. She is a web designer, graphic artist, portraitist and painter of 'wicked' flowers in the Georgia O'Keefe tradition.
